Pamela Felder
01:01:59

Rachelle Jamerson-Holmes

Does the employee ID come from HR system?
Pamela Felder
01:35:57
Does payroll and HR system need to be integrated?
Charlecia Hopp
01:36:44
If you already have employees and do not currently use the ID portion, do you just create id based on the current employees?
BC Women's Business Center
01:38:54
Pamela, I would say there is some type of integration between the two systems. Once you gather all of the HR documents, hire that goes to payroll. QuickBooks will set up the employees, vendors and contractors, but your records will also be kept in the HR files.
Pamela Felder
01:39:18
Thanks Cheryl!
BC Women's Business Center
01:40:17
Charlecia, yes, you can create those IDs for current employees.
Annette Rich
01:42:35
Is there a cost to set-up your subcontractors and employees with direct deposit?
Jo Ann Lewis
01:48:14
I have several clients who pay me through cash app, I just send over to my bank, is this okay?
Pamela Felder
01:53:22
You can avoid fees with Cash App if you allow funds deposit to deposit 1 to 3 business days instead of instantly. Also, if tying it to your business account works instead of personal account.
